Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Development
Faster product launch with less effort
Why a Minimum Viable Product?
Idea validation
MVPs can quickly and effectively validate ideas to determine their potential for success in the market.
Quick product start
MVP development can be completed in a matter of weeks.
Cost-effective
MVPs minimize development costs by focusing on core functionality.
Valuable insights
MVPs provide valuable customer feedback before competitors have established a comparable product on the market.
Our Process
Step 1
Initial consultation and commissioning
In an initial meeting, the contracting parties get to know each other and discuss the feasibility of the project. The meeting is free of charge and non-binding. This is followed by a written offer.
Conception phase
After the contract has been awarded, we immediately set up a shared Scrum work environment, develop a technical concept with prioritized core functionality, and prepare everything to implement the project promptly.
Step 2
Wireframing & Design
Our in-house team starts with the design of the application interfaces. First, the contents are identified and sketched in a wireframe. Then, the design and mockups follow.
Technical Development
At the same time as the graphic design, we work in parallel on the technical implementation. For this purpose, we create a customized concept and gradually incorporate all features.
Step 3
Internal Test Phase
We test the application together in multiple test cycles to ensure that it functions as intended. Issues are identified and resolved.
Product Launch
After successful completion of the testing phase, we release the application. Depending on the format, we use the Microsoft Partner Store, Apple App Store, or Play Store. For server-based apps or cloud applications, we set up custom servers.

FAQs
How many features does the MVP have? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_up
The scope of features is individually determined in consultation with the client. Our goal is to identify the core functions and implement them conceptually, graphically and technically as quickly as possible.
How long does the development take? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_up
When developing an MVP, we think in three timeframes: 6 weeks, 12 weeks, and 24 weeks. Depending on the timeframe, we determine the scope of features.
How much does the development cost? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_up
Development costs are based on the number of hours and the number of people involved in the project. As a rule, at least three people form a project team: a developer, a senior developer and a graphic designer. In addition, we require time for project planning and coordination as well as for editorial services, if necessary. If desired, we will agree on a fixed price before the start of the project.
What is an MVP? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_up
An MVP stands for "Minimum Viable Product" and is a product development strategy that aims to develop a product with minimal features and properties that are sufficient to meet the needs of customers and be successful in the market. The MVP concept is often used to save time and costs in the development of new products by creating a basic version of the product that is limited to the essentials and is built on customer feedback to gradually develop the product further.
What happens after the development? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_up
We place great importance on a sustainable and scalable architecture. The software can be seamlessly further developed afterwards. Additionally, the set up Scrum board can also be used for future sprints.
How do I define the core features of my MVP? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_up
The definition of the core features of the MVP depends on various factors, such as the requirements of the target group, technical possibilities, and the competitive situation. In general, the core features should be defined in such a way that they meet the needs of the target group and include the most important functions of the product that are necessary to make the product successful on the market. One way to define the core features is to prioritize the functions in the order of their importance and usefulness to the customer and then include only the most important functions in the MVP. Another way is to consider customer and user feedback when defining the core features and adjusting the MVP accordingly.
